Care and use
- Before first use, wash thoroughly in warm soapy water.
- Wash in warm soapy water and dry immediately after washing.
- Occasionally wipe with a food-safe wood oil (or vegetable oil) to stop the wood drying out.
- Store in a cool dry place; do not leave in direct sunlight or soaking in water.
- Not dishwasher safe: high heat and moisture can cause the wood to warp, splinter and eventually break.
