Looking after your acacia wood

Care and use

  1. Before first use, wash thoroughly in warm soapy water.
  2. Wash in warm soapy water and dry immediately after washing.
  3. Occasionally wipe with a food-safe wood oil (or vegetable oil) to stop the wood drying out.
  4. Store in a cool dry place; do not leave in direct sunlight or soaking in water.
  5. Not dishwasher safe: high heat and moisture can cause the wood to warp, splinter and eventually break.
