Non Stick Teflon Aluminium Square Ribbed Skillet 24cm

Code RB24NS

The GenWare Aluminium Square Ribbed Skillet is engineered for chefs who want authentic char marks, exceptional heat performance, and practical usability in busy kitchens. Crafted from heavyweight aluminium, this skillet delivers rapid heating and excellent heat retention, ensuring consistent, powerful searing across the entire cooking surface. Designed to create the signature charred effect associated with professional grilling while helping fats and juices drain away for healthier, better defined results. Ideal for steaks, vegetables, burgers, and grilled style presentations, the raised ribs enhance flavour and appearance without the need for an outdoor grill.

  • Teflon Profile non stick coating: Across the full range for extended lifecycle and enhanced cooking results
  • Heavyweight aluminium body: Ensures excellent heat retention and even heat distribution
  • Chef’s style ergonomic handle: Safe, comfortable, and controlled manoeuvring
  • Strong riveted handle fittings: Long-term durability and accident prevention
  • Maximum temperature: 260°C

Care and use

Care and use

  1. Wash thoroughly in warm soapy water before first use; clean after each use; hand wash with mild detergent and warm water and dry immediately.
  2. Remove burnt-on food and wash straight away to reduce the risk of corrosion.
  3. Do not plunge a hot pan into cold water: massive changes in temperature may cause distortion.
  4. Do not use metal utensils, steel wool or other abrasives.
  5. Do not use in a dishwasher: it will discolour the product.
