Care and use

Care and use

  1. Wash thoroughly with warm soapy water before first use.
  2. Dry trays before stacking.
  3. Temperature range -10°C to 80°C (double melamine coating).
  4. Laminated wood trays: wipe clean with a damp cloth; do not submerge in water; do not dishwasher. Non-slip laminate trays: dishwasher safe up to 3 times a day; do not use on heated carts.
