Looking after your stoneware

Care and use

  1. GenWare ceramics are oven, microwave, freezer and dishwasher safe, with a suitable temperature range of -40°C to 250°C.
  2. Matt glazed and coloured products show wear and tear more than standard white glazed items, and cutlery can mark matt glazes.
  3. Avoid sudden extreme temperature changes; wash promptly after use with plastic or rubber scrapers.
  4. Never wash cutlery or other metal items amongst ceramics; store on the appropriate racks.
