Miro Porcelain is crafted for operators who want dependable performance with a touch of expressive character. The range blends everyday practicality with a reactive style glaze, offering gentle tonal movement that enhances presentation while maintaining a consistent, professional look across the table. Fired at high temperatures for strength and fully vitrified for long lasting durability, Miro Porcelain is built for the demands of modern hospitality. Cleaning
- Wash, rinse and dry before first use, and remove any labels or packaging.
- Wash promptly after each use.
- Use plastic or rubber scrapers to remove food residue, as metal utensils or abrasives may damage the glazed surface.
- Never wash cutlery or other metal items amongst ceramic products; wash them separately.
Use
- Matt glazed and coloured products tend to show wear and tear to a greater degree than standard glazed white items; like all matt glazes, cutlery could mark them.
- Avoid sudden extreme changes in temperature, such as direct from a freezer to a hot oven or grill, to reduce the possibility of thermal shock.
Storage and handling
- Use the appropriate racks where possible.
- Make sure handles and spouts do not knock together when stored, as this can wear the glaze.
- Keep contact with metal surfaces to a minimum; plastic or rubber mats can line metal surfaces.
