The Paring knife is a small all-purpose knife that gets its name from its work. Cutting away the outer surface and separating the ends of either fruit or vegetables is referred to as pairing.

  • The Equilibrium 10cm Paring knife has a light, short blade with a pointed tip that is best suited for more delicate tasks that the kitchen knife would be too large for. The tough edge can handle tougher root vegetables or more delicate tasks like peeling and trimming.
