Fusion Flavours

Fusion cooking borrows from Japanese and wider Asian kitchens and mixes those traditions with ingredients from everywhere else, so the plating matters as much as the flavour. Here you'll find organic-shaped bowls and dishes, metallic bronze platters and black-and-white tableware, with teapots and cups for tea service and glassware for the drinks list. Use them to show off colour and texture on sharing plates and tasting menus.
