Cleaning

  1. Warm water, a cloth and washing-up liquid are usually all you need after use. For stubborn residue or stains, V&B suggests a regular ceramic hob cleaner or a non-scratch cleaning product/porcelain cleaner, and soaking where food is caked on. Crockery, glasses and cutlery can go in the dishwasher provided the items are dishwasher-safe; rinse first depending on the level of residue.
