Cleaning

  1. Dishwasher safe. V&B recommends cleaning knives by hand with lukewarm water, a non-abrasive sponge and a mild washing-up liquid, because the dishwasher can blunt sharp knives. If stainless steel cutlery does not come out of the dishwasher completely clean, wash it again with a soft sponge and washing-up liquid and dry it thoroughly.
