Care and use
- Wash new glasses before first use.
- Glassware is designed to be washed in commercial glasswashers (double walled glasses are hand wash only); do not wash above 60°C.
- Use non-caustic detergents: caustic detergents can damage and dull the surface of the glass.
- Do not put cold liquids straight into hot or warm glasses, as this can cause cracks.
- Dispose of glasses found cracked or chipped in use rather than putting them in the dishwasher.
- Store in correctly sized compartment glass racks; do not store cutlery in glasses, and do not stack glassware that is not recommended as stackable.
