  1. Wash thoroughly with warm soapy water before first use, and hand wash with warm soapy water only after every use.
  2. Dry completely with a soft cloth after each wash.
  3. Dishwashing of chef knives is not recommended. Do not leave to soak, or leave with food residue or wet, to reduce the risk of staining or rusting.
