Care and use

Wash new glasses before first use.
Glassware is designed to be washed in commercial glasswashers (double walled glasses are hand wash only); do not wash above 60°C.
Use non-caustic detergents: caustic detergents can damage and dull the surface of the glass.
Do not put cold liquids straight into hot or warm glasses, as this can cause cracks.
Dispose of glasses found cracked or chipped in use rather than putting them in the dishwasher.
Store in correctly sized compartment glass racks; do not store cutlery in glasses, and do not stack glassware that is not recommended as stackable.
