Care and use

Wash new glasses before first use, in a commercial glasswasher.
Do not wash glassware at temperatures above 60°C, and use non-caustic detergents, as caustic detergents can damage and dull the surface of the glass.
Do not put cold liquids straight into hot or warm glasses, as this can cause cracks.
Dispose of glasses found cracked or chipped in use: do not put them in the dishwasher.
Store in correctly sized compartment glass racks, and do not store or place cutlery in glasses.
