Care and use
- Wash in warm soapy water before first use and after use, and dry immediately.
- Occasionally apply vegetable oil or a food safe wood treatment oil to stop the wood drying out; store in a cool dry place.
- Do not leave to soak or in direct sunlight; do not use in a dishwasher (heat and moisture can cause the wood to warp, splinter and break).
