Care and use

  1. Wash new glasses before first use.
  2. Hot drinks glasses are suitable for lattes and hot chocolates served at a maximum of 65°C; do not use boiling water.
  3. Make sure the glass is at room temperature before use, to reduce the risk of thermal shock.
  4. Do not put cold liquids straight into hot or warm glasses, as this can cause cracks.
  5. Wash in commercial glasswashers, not above 60°C, with non-caustic detergent; dispose of cracked or chipped glasses.
