Looking after your baking trays

Care and use

  1. Non-stick: use heat resistant plastic utensils; metal or abrasives damage the coating; do not overheat. Hand wash with mild detergent and warm water, dry immediately; do not plunge hot into cold water.
  2. Enamel: do not use abrasive pads or gritty soap powders; do not allow to boil dry.
  3. Black iron: remove the protective lacquer by washing in hot soapy water, then season before use; no detergents or soaking; store dry.
