The range on the table

Care and use

First use: wash thoroughly in warm soapy water before first use.
Hand wash with warm soapy water only, after every use; Neville does not recommend dishwashing chef knives.
Dry completely with a soft cloth after each wash.
Steel: the blades are molybdenum steel, harder than traditional stainless steel, so less resistant to rusting and staining.

Soaking prior to washing.
Leaving with food residue or wet, to reduce the risk of staining or rusting.
