In use

The range on the table

Care and use

Wash with warm soapy water before first use, and clean after each use to prevent grease build up.
Hand wash using mild detergent and warm water, with a dish sponge, cloth or nylon pad; dry immediately to avoid water spots.
Do not clean with steel wool or any other abrasive, and do not clean in a dishwasher, as the detergent discolours and damages it.
If stained, mix baking powder and water into a paste and scrub.

Suitable for the oven. Hard anodised aluminium is porous and is not non-stick, so oil the pan properly before use to stop food sticking.
