Care and use

Galvanised steel trays: not suitable for cooking, presentation only; hand wash in warm soapy water, dry immediately, line with greaseproof paper and do not let food or hot oil touch the product.
Vintage steel: hand wash with warm soapy water, dry with a soft cloth, polish if tarnished; do not use over direct heat, with abrasives or industrial detergent, or in a microwave; do not leave wet.
Aluminium and electroplated coatings: Neville's aluminium page says hand wash with mild detergent, dry immediately and do not use in a dishwasher; the copper plating page says hand wash only.
