Care and use

  1. Stainless steel: dry completely with a soft cloth after each wash; do not leave to soak, use harsh detergents, scouring pads or abrasives, or leave in contact with water for prolonged periods.
  2. Copper plating: hand wash in warm soapy water only, dry completely with a soft cloth, polish with a metal polish compound and soft cloth if tarnished; copper naturally oxidises over time.
  3. Aluminium: hand wash with mild detergent and warm water, dry immediately; do not use in a dishwasher or clean with steel wool or abrasives.
  4. Wash thoroughly before first use.
