Care and use
- Before first use, wash thoroughly with warm soapy water.
- Hand wash with mild detergent and warm water; dry immediately to avoid water spots. Not dishwasher safe.
- Remove burnt-on food and wash immediately to reduce the risk of corrosion; clean after each use to prevent grease build-up.
- Do not plunge a hot pan into cold water (distortion); metal utensils may scratch the surface.
- Suitable for all heat sources excluding induction.
