Care and use

Looking after your acacia wood

Care and use

  1. Before first use, wash thoroughly in warm soapy water.
  2. Wash in warm soapy water and dry immediately after washing.
  3. Acacia can dry out with use: occasionally wipe with vegetable oil or a food-safe wood oil to keep its natural appearance.
  4. Store in a cool dry place; do not leave in direct sunlight or soaking in water.
  5. Not dishwasher safe: high heat and moisture can cause the wood to warp, splinter and eventually break.
  6. Acacia is a natural material: colour and grain vary from product to product and the surface will show some wear over time.
