In use

The range on the table

Care and use

Wash in warm soapy water before first use and after use, and dry immediately.
Apply olive oil, ideally after every wash, to nourish the wood; store in a cool dry place.
Do not leave to soak or in direct sunlight; do not use in a dishwasher (heat and moisture can cause the wood to warp, splinter and break).
