Care and use

Care and use

  1. Suitable temperature range between -40°C and 250°C; avoid sudden extreme changes in temperature, such as straight from a freezer to a hot oven or grill, to reduce the risk of thermal shock.
  2. Matt glazed and coloured products tend to show wear and tear more than standard glazed white items; like all matt glazes, cutlery could mark it.
  3. Wash before first use and promptly after each use; use plastic or rubber scrapers to remove excess food residue, as metal utensils or abrasives may damage the glazed surface.
  4. Never wash cutlery or other metal items among ceramic products; wash them separately in cutlery baskets.
  5. Store on the appropriate racks, make sure handles and spouts do not knock together, and keep contact with metal surfaces to a minimum.
