Looking after your aluminium bakeware

Care and use

  1. Before first use, wash thoroughly with warm soapy water.
  2. Hand wash with mild detergent and warm water; dry immediately to avoid water spots. Not dishwasher safe: dishwashing discolours aluminium.
  3. Clean after each use to prevent grease build-up; remove burnt-on food and wash straight away to reduce the risk of corrosion.
  4. Do not plunge hot bakeware into cold water (distortion); do not use steel wool, abrasives or metal utensils.
  5. Suitable for all heat sources except induction.
