Care and use
- Before first use, wash thoroughly in warm soapy water; hand wash with mild detergent and warm water, dry immediately, and clean after each use to prevent grease build-up.
- Wash burnt-on food off immediately to reduce the risk of corrosion.
- Do not subject to massive temperature changes (such as plunging a hot pan into cold water), and avoid metal utensils which may scratch the surface. Suitable for all heat sources except induction.
