OceanCook
OceanCook was developed in collaboration with the Oceanogràfic Foundation in Valencia. The Oceanogràfic is part of a large complex that includes Europe’s largest aquarium, a theme park and several restaurants. The collection is linked to the Foundation’s work to protect endangered marine species in the Mediterranean. Its central piece is the ray, available in four sizes. OceanCook brings together design, gastronomy and environmental awareness, giving chefs and restaurants a story to tell beyond the food on the plate.
