Care and use

  1. GenWare ceramics are oven, microwave, freezer and dishwasher safe, with a suitable temperature range of -40°C to 250°C.
  2. Matt glazed and coloured products show wear and tear more than standard white glazed items, and like all matt glazes cutlery can mark them.
  3. Avoid sudden extreme temperature changes (for example freezer straight to a hot oven or grill).
  4. Wash promptly after use with plastic or rubber scrapers; never wash cutlery or other metal items amongst ceramics.
  5. Store on the appropriate racks so handles and spouts do not knock together; use plastic or rubber mats on metal surfaces.
